ZOOM LIVE CLASSES
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASING AS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Before signing up for the LIVE Debby Forshey-Choma’s classes on Zoom, please make sure your computer is equipped with the proper software and internet connection to participate. You need to have a device with a built in camera such as a Computer with built in camera, Tablet, or Phone. These will be needed for Debby to see you and your project. There will be NO REFUNDS! Upon completion of registration and payment, an email will be sent with a downloadable PDF prep instuctions.
Please note: The email address you pay with is the email your E-packet will be sent to. Your purchase is NOT transferrable and the instruction packets may not be resold or shared. Approximately 1 week prior to class, you’ll receive an email (at the email address you paid with) containing the complete PDF E-packet with instructions, color photos and a link to the classroom. Please do not share this information with anyone as only you will be allowed in the classroom. The project/lesson, in any format, is for Personal/Individual use ONLY! Posting of your finished project is allowed on Facebook, but remember to give credit to Debby as the designer/teacher. This LIVE class may not be used in an event such as, but not limited to, workshops, meetings, or gatherings of any kind. You are not permitted to teach this project as it may be only painted for you and or as a gift for others.
If there is any problem gaining access to the classroom, or if your Wi-Fi should go down due to an “act of God”, Debby Forshey-Choma shall not be held responsible. If our Zoom connection is not possible at the alotted time we will do our best to get the system back up as soon as possible if it is within our control. It may need to be resecheduled if necessary.
Debby Forshey-Choma shall not be liable to you or any other party as a result of any viruses or malware that may infect your or any other party’s electronic equipment. By clicking on the “Buy Now” button, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

ORDERING INFO:
If preferred, orders can be emailed to debby@debbystouch.com. I will get back to you with the shipping charges so you can mail a check or money order to: Debby Forshey-Choma, 1417 Balfour Downs Circle, Fuquay Varina, NC 27526.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS: All prices and payments are in US funds.
PAYMENT METHODS: I accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover through PayPal's secure website. PayPal is a very secure method of using your credit card. It is a free service and requires a one-time registration, which only takes a few minutes to fill out. Your credit card number never shows up on any of the documents I receive that are generated by your order, only PayPal does. Payment with your credit card does not require a PayPal account.
International orders must be paid in US Dollars.
All Sales are final.
PERSONAL CHECKS: Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before shipping of the product on orders over $50.00. There will be a $35.00 charge for returned checks.
CUSTOM ORDERS: A ‘Debby Original’ can be ordered. A half down payment is required at time of ordering and the balance plus shipping/handling is due when the item is ready to ship. Contact me for more details or with any questions.
WHOLESALE POLICY: Please contact me for details. A 40% discount with an 8 packet minimum.
PRICE CHANGES: All prices are subject to change without notice, but prices will be charged at the rate when your order was placed. I do reserve the right to correct typographical error occurring in the typing of your order form or information.
SHIPPING:
- All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days from receiving the order. Occasionally I will be out of town at conventions or travel teaching and will notify you if this is the case.
- The shopping cart will calculate shipping for orders in the US and international.
- Double check the correctness of your shipping address; if an order is returned undeliverable, charges will occur for reshipment.
- All orders are packed with care. If damage occurs and is my error, please notify me within 3 business days of receipt.
- If the post office software in the cart has over calculated the shipping charge, we will refund the over charge.
RETURNS: All sales on pattern packets are final, there are no returns as every effort has been made to insure accuracy and quality.
Returns on brushes or surfaces that have been damaged through shipping are accepted if reported to the US Post Office within 3
business days. Product should be returned insured and postage prepaid.

If this pattern packet is purchased as an e-Pattern or CD, you may not re-sell the pdf file, nor make copies of the pdf files for re-sale or to give away. The projects created from the patterns in this pattern packet may be personally painted by purchaser for fun or for sale (i.e., at local craft shows, on internet auctions such as eBay, and on their own websites or photo sites), although if shown on the internet I do ask that you please give me credit for the design in your description. The designs cannot be used to create web graphics. The product created from or any derivative product made from the designs in this pattern packet cannot be mass produced in any form without a licensing agreement from Debby Forshey-Choma.
PERMISSION TO TEACH: I do grant permission to teach any of my designs on this site. Colored pictures or worksheets may not be reproduced or transmitted under any circumstances. If you would like to teach my designs, please purchase one packet per student. For teacher discounts on orders of 12 or more of a single packet, please feel free to contact me.
Disclaimer: The information in pattern packets is presented to you in good faith. Since the author/designer has no control over the physical conditions surrounding the application of information presented, I cannot guarantee results, nor will I be liable for any charges against the user for claims of copyright or patent infringement. Please note that with printing differences it is difficult to match the images in this pattern packet to the original pieces, although every effort has been made to do so. Therefore, your finished project may look a little different in color than the images in this pattern packet. The colors used in the project instructions are the ones used by me to paint the finished projects. Also with all E-Packets there is no way to guarantee the color, as all monitors and printers are different. For best results, use a high-grade paper or photo paper.
